I really have no recipes, but I also have GD, they have difficulty eating out things. I can tell you that there are many options out there for people with diabetes today. Oats are an excellent choice ... without taste, of course, but if you manage a few grams of sugar, you can get the kind without added sugar to taste. Not bad. And can be sweetened with artificial sweeteners. In addition, peanut butter (healthy choice is the best) is an excellent choice if the peanut butter toast (wheat bread is no longer my doctor) is a good breakfast. Egg sandwiches (egg and mayonnaise) are good on toasted bread. Cheese is a very healthy alternative, so it goes well with cheese. Proteins such as chicken are also good. But remember, if you have blood sugar levels to try on that day for some reason, avoid too much protein, it is difficult to get out of the sugar. When the cake, prepare the sugar syrup.

It's really hard, the things that can eat you will find if you are diabetic. It's not just sugar but carbohydrates. One or moref free foods that claim to sugar, are very rich in carbohydrates compared to sugar, until the version of the same food. Digestion of carbohydrates such as sugar and increase your blood sugar! That sucks, but you get used to. Also, verify that it starts with the sugar little by little fake ... Splenda in particular ... has a laxative effect, used in small amounts until your body to it. I have 3 months and am still having problems with it. And sometimes painful diarrhea can affect the baby so much so that they do in the womb (which is bad) or even contraction of the uterus, so please be careful. And I was very dehydrated and lost weight because it makes me sick for half a day ... only food and water shot from the right side. Please be careful.

I also realized that most of the fresh fruit (and not immersed increase in sweet syrup) is not too much sugar. The grapes are a godsend for me.

Avoid things that are white bread, potatoes, cereals, pasta .... However, a good alternative to spaghetti noodles and a can Squasinh, prepared as directed, spaghetti sauce, which can act really wonder. Squash is very healthy, and I could not very well on it with the sauce.

Good luck, seriously. Have Please check your blood sugar levels, you'll be a big baby and the mother of his child could damage your kidneys are really bad. And remember, always a healthy diet after the baby is born to hold, in the hope of development, not the right thing in life. I can not imagine that people with diabetes all my life! For those of you who are ... KUDOS sucks!

And I thank you, my dear, are the best;).
