You must not do so if it is not realistic warm in the kitchen, but it will take time for the cream ... Cream better really cold bowl and bat, whip soon ... do not know the science behind it, but I know its true ..... Get an electric mixer, whip with a whip is the goal, but it takes a good arm strength and stamina!
